Dr. Womack is excited to announce that we have recently added Shane Lashley as our Director of Lifestyle Medicine Programs. Shane is currently completing an advanced fellowship and board certification as a Health Practitioner in Metabolic and Functional Medicine through the America Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. He is simultaneously completing requirements to be board certified in advanced medical nutrition therapy through the Board of Certified Nutrition Specialists, and he is completing a Masters of Science In Health Sciences in Integrative Medicine at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences.
Shane is coaching patients in Westlake Medical Arts’ Westlake, Plano, Arlington, Woodlands and Midland locations.
We would like to welcome Kayla McElhany, MSN, RN, FNP-C to the practice. She has experience in both conventional and integrative medicine. Kayla compliments our existing practice, bringing additional personalized care for our patients. She sees patients with a variety of medical needs, including thyroid and hormonal issues, memory and focus issues, gastrointestinal problems, detoxification, nutritional IV therapies and much more.
We would also like to welcome Heather Beavers, MSN, RN, FNP-C to the practice. Heather is training in our Hyperbarics practice, our Neuro practice and will be serving our patient community in our new Round Rock office co-located with ATX Hyperbarics.
